Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy for Custom Dresses:

Dresses orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email, phone or fax. NewLooksBoutique.com will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our records. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free fix.

Returns Policy for Standard Size Outfits and other Items:

At NewLooksBoutique.com, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

Return for Full Refund:

We take pictures of each product before shipping to make sure that the product(s) being shipped are not damaged, exactly as shown at NewLooksBoutique.com and custom as requested. However, due to oversight if we shipped you damaged product or the outfit with completely wrong measurements, we will happily accept the product back for full refund or exchange as per your wish. 

Cancelling an Order:

You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be dedcuted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be dedcuted from your payment.

Return / Exchange Instructions:

  • Call / Email NewLooksBoutique.com to obtain RMA #.
  • Return for refund / exchange as specified above within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Write RMA # on the package so that our returns department can accept the package.
  • Take a print out of your order copy and put in the parcel you are returning for prompt refund/exchange.
  • If exchange requested: Put note inside the parcel for item sku #(s) or description required in exchange.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging – no stains, no emit, no body odours or perfume scents, no marks, no damages or water stains.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 3 days of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied. You will receive email from us as soon as refund is issued.
