1. How long it takes to porcess the order?
Well if it is "Ready to Ship" it can be shipped within one business day. For custom orders the turnaround times varies from order to order. However we do try our level best to ensure the delivery of your order in the below mentioned time span.
Bridal Dresses: 4 to 7 weeks.
Evening and Party Dresses: 4 to 5 weeks
Casual Wear and Kurtis: 2 to 4 weeks.
Jewellery: 2 business days

2. How can I change my order once the order has been placed?
You can definitely change your order within 24 hours after the order has been placed. However, if it has been quite few time that you have placed your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our level best to accommodate your request if the order has not gone through processing. Please do call us immediately.

3. How can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancelation requests are accepted within 48 hours from the time of order. Please be-aware if the order has gone through for cutting, dying, etc than we will not be able to process your cancelation request.

You can definitely do additional customizations to your order such as color, style, neckline, embroidery amount, change of bottom and even more work than in the pictures. We are proud to offer a full-range made-to-measure service to our customers. However, please let us know your required changes to your order via phone call within 24 hours. So that we can easily customize your order. Please note that some customizations do require additional charges.

7. How can I provide my required measurements?
Please follow the guidelines for the measurements. Please try to complete the measurement details as much as you can. This will help in understanding your body structure. Please double check each and every measurement field in order to avoid any errors. We do recommend to have someone else measure you rather than yourself.
Please know that you should be wearing under garments and normal clothes. Jeans, skirts, heavy blouses etc are not recommended while being measured. Also lay the tape measure flat against the skin; don't pull it too tight, nor let it droop.

8. If I am not sure about my body measurements can I suggest a generic size that fits me the best for my regular dresses?
Just call us and advise us the size you wear e.g. S, M, L, XL etc. We will analyze your size based on our conversation and make your outfit keeping the ready-to-wear sizes in mind.
